PROBLEM: How do we get our top talent promotion ready?

SOLUTION: Defined the needs for an Executive Leadership program to deliver specifics around how the business operated, thus providing opportunities for cross-training and multi-functional working amongst the top talent. RESULTS: Successfully coached top 4 candidates into their next positions and beyond.  All are now CEO or Director level. 

PROBLEM: We want to make an acquisition but we're not ready!

SOLUTION: Led a work stream to get acquisition ready in a tight timeframe, capturing all the pre-acquistion work needed, but also delivering the post-acquisition strategy of how to integrate the businesses.  Led strategy for TUPE and post-acquisition integration.

RESULTS: Kept the company legal and kept them safe through TUPE transfer of c.3,000 employees. 

PROBLEM: Our HR service is inconsistent and costly.  As we grow we're adding more and more HR headcount. Is there a better way to grow?

SOLUTION: Developed strategy and organisational design, engaged stakeholders and led implementation of HR Shared Service Model. Recruited representatives team, installed case management tools and electronic filing, streamlined processes and ticketing tool.  ​

RESULT: Gained cost efficiencies of £4M

PROBLEM: Our turnover is very high, we want to halve it.  It has a huge impact on morale, productivity and our ability to up skill our workforce to grow the business.

SOLUTION: Analysis of available data. Identified turnover was 94% in the first 6 months.  Engaged managers to collaborate in implementing a solution spanning employer branding, attraction, selection, on boarding, training and career development. 

RESULT: Reduced turnover by 12% within 6 weeks.

PROBLEM: Multi-national FMCG which had grown rapidly through acquisition had multiple IT teams, all operating individually.  Costly, inefficient and unmanageable, they wanted simplicity, fast

SOLUTION:  Defined scope and desired organisational outputs, supported management in designing the new organisation to ensure there would be no unintended consequences and the desired business results would be met.  Managed TUPE of all IT teams across the UK businesses and equivalent processes in Germany, Italy, Luxembourg and Poland.  Supported transformational change to create a global team including the communications and engagement strategy and led the team through implementation. 

RESULTS: A single team of 350 IT employees means added flexibility, increased efficiency and lower cost spend on temporary labour, saving the company an estimated £2.5M per year.
